The SLX-MOD replacement module fits:

Ultravation® Solaris® UVLED Carbon Capture PCO Air Purifier for HVAC. The Purification Module is replaced every 4 years and includes the latest updates of UVLEDs, ionization and electronics.

NOTE: The SLX-MOD replacement part is not a complete Solaris UVLED installation kit. It is only the replacement UVLED-ION module (no electrical wiring or mounting hardware). To purchase a Solaris® air purifier system, contact your HVAC contractor or find an Ultravation Authorized Contractor here.
