HEPA + UV-C + Activated Carbon Portable Air Purifier
Easy filter replacements
The HEPA filter should be replaced every 2880 hrs of operation (about four months). As the filter approaches its end of life, the filter status light will glow blue, and when the time has expired will flash red indicating required replacement.
Please note that depending on your indoor environmental conditions, you may prefer to replace the filter sooner.
Just cleaner, healthier Air!

Ultravation® HEPA + UV Air Purifier Technologies
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter with Activated Carbon
A HEPA air filter can remove at least 99.97% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and any airborne particles with a size of 0.3 microns (µm) or larger. Other dangerous pollutants that may be captured by high-quality HEPA filtration are asbestos and hazardous pollutants. When a True HEPA filter is used in combination with activated carbon, the odors from smoke and toxic fumes are broken down sending cleaner air back into circulation. Source: US EPA
Odor Reduction: Activated Carbon
Healthier air at the molecular level: Activated carbon has the unique property of having huge amounts of surface area with microscopic pores that adsorbs the molecules and atoms of airborne chemical impurities. Odors, VOCs and toxic fumes from hydrocarbons and other sources are captured, removing them from the air.
The activated carbon in the Ultravation UVP-7000 is integrated with the HEPA Filter. 100% of the air drawn into the purifier passes through the carbon. The 360° intake assures even filling of the filter and the carbon.
The molecules of odors, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and other airborne chemicals attracted and bond with the carbon inside the millions of pores in the filter.
360° Activated Carbon optimizes odor reduction
Filter seal assures all air flows through the filter

Air Disinfection: Germicidal UV Light
UV is a natural, environmentally friendly method for disinfection that involves no chemicals and creates no by products. Since the 1930s, it has been used for the disinfection of air, water and surfaces in many industries, ranging from food to pharmaceuticals, water and even wastewater treatment. Today, the benefits of UV are being applied to indoor air quality improvement to create healthier, fresher, more allergen-free indoor air.
In fact, UV-C light is the only air disinfection technology recognized as effective by ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers).
